Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, the web server automatically records technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used to ensure technical operation and security (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources. Hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare processes technical connection data as a processor; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Cloudflare has joined. Cookies and consent
At present this website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing and embeds no tracking services. Fonts are served locally from our server; no data is transferred to third parties in the process.
On your first visit we ask, via a notice, whether we may use cookies for statistics and marketing in future. Such cookies are only set after you have explicitly agreed (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021); without your consent nothing is loaded. Declining puts you at no disadvantage whatsoever.
Your decision itself is stored in a strictly necessary cookie (ah_consent, valid for 6 months, no third party) so that we do not have to ask again on every visit. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer, or delete the cookie in your browser.
Page view notifications
As this website is new, we have ourselves notified about page views. Our server determines the page requested, the country of origin and – where available – the city, the referring website and the device type (phone, tablet, desktop) and sends this to our own Telegram channel (Telegram Messenger Inc.). Your IP address is not transmitted, no cookies are set, no script runs in your browser and no profiles of individual visitors are created; the individual notifications cannot be linked to one another. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in monitoring the reach of our new website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time by writing to hello@adamholding.at.
Appointment booking via Cal.com
We use the service Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) for booking discovery calls. The booking calendar is only loaded once you actively activate it by clicking (two-click solution). Only then is data (e.g. your IP address and the booking details you enter, such as name and email address) transmitted to Cal.com. The legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent through active loading (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Test call to the demo number
If you call our demo number to try the AI phone assistant, the conversation is processed, an automatic summary is generated, and your phone number is used to send you that summary once by SMS. This shows you exactly the message that would go to a company's team in live operation. There is no further SMS contact and no mailing list. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use Retell AI (speech processing) and Twilio (telephony and SMS delivery) for this. If you call with a withheld number, you will not receive an SMS. If you would like your data deleted immediately, a short message to hello@adamholding.at is enough.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle the enquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Your rights
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with us (hello@adamholding.at) or with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
