This data is used to ensure technical operation and security (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources. Hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not use any tracking services. Fonts are served locally from our server; no data is transferred to third parties in the process.
Appointment booking via Cal.com
We use the service Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) for booking discovery calls. The booking calendar is only loaded once you actively activate it by clicking (two-click solution). Only then is data (e.g. your IP address and the booking details you enter, such as name and email address) transmitted to Cal.com. The legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent through active loading (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For more information, see the Cal.com privacy policy.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle the enquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention obligations.

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with us (hello@adamholding.at) or with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
